ORDERS AND RETURNS FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
When ordering accessories, jewelery or Deseo Spell candles available in the store's warehouse, the order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization and is from 2 to 8 working days depending on the chosen method of delivery in Poland.
Foreign shipments are confirmed individually and largely depend on the selected courier company.
Possible returns are accepted only for non-personalized and not made-to-order products.
It is imperative that they are sent back in the original packaging, which is an integral part of the order. The products must not have any traces of use.
The Customer is requested to inform Deseo Spell about the intention to return the product immediately after its receipt, without giving the reason for the return.
Physical returns must be made within 12 business days of receiving your order.
Returns are sent at the customer's expense, sent by courier or registered mail of Poczta Polska to the address of Deseo Spell . After returning the product and confirming its intactness, the funds are returned to the account indicated by the customer.
PERSONALIZED ORDERS AND RETURNS
In the case of Deseo Spell accessories made on an individual order, personalized, they cannot be returned. After placing the order and specifying the parameters that are indicated by the customer or after accepting it in a conversation with me, I proceed to its implementation.
This is the final moment to share any doubts or comments with me, which, based on my experience in working with clients, I will be happy to discuss or suggest a different solution. In this way, you receive jewelry or accessories tailored to your needs.
Please remember that all Deseo Spell accessories are entirely handmade, it is very important if we use the Deseo Spell jewelery pattern that has already been sold and we will make a second model similar to it. The word similar is the key here, due to the fact that the materials used in the jewelry made do not allow for a perfect reproduction of the original (such as natural stones, which often have inclusions or discoloration and will never be identical). Always, however, the form or general idea remain the same.
Only in really exceptional situations, which I consider individually, is it possible to exchange the product for another at a similar or higher price.
The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization. It may take in most cases from 7 to 14 business days in Poland. The exceptions are modifications that require the import of elements needed to make the ornament. Then this time may be extended to 30 business days. However, it should be noted that in periods of increased interest in accessories, such as the holiday season, this time may be slightly extended.
All non-conformities regarding the order, related to damage to the parcel or comments on the implementation of decorations, should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. After this date, the responsibility remains with the customer.
