Gilded jewelry is a fantastic alternative to expensive jewelry made entirely of gold. The durability of gilding coatings on jewelry depends primarily on the way it is used and looked after. In order to slow down the natural process of abrasion of the gilding layer, it is important to:

- absolutely take off your jewelry during housework or training. Then it is easiest for mechanical or chemical damage (also under the influence of sweat)

- avoid contact of jewelry with perfumes, cosmetics (creams, lotions, hairspray, deodorants) to avoid unwanted chemical reactions.

- avoid contact of jewelry with salt water, chlorine and other strong chemicals.

​

- protect your jewelry from impacts on hard surfaces or jerks - you will avoid metal deformation or jewelry breaking.

BRACELETS, NECKLACES AND EARRINGS MADE OF NATURAL STONES ALSO REQUIRE SPECIAL DELICACY.

- natural stones can react with cosmetics. Amber and pearls completely do not tolerate contact with hairspray and they do not like perfumes.

- quartz, opals, rubies, amethysts, turquoises and agates do not like contact with the sun, so it is important to keep them in the shade.

- protect them especially against impacts, you will prevent cracks or splinters of natural stones and pearls.

​

- prevent the bracelets from tearing - you will avoid breaking or stretching the line or jewelry rubber that I use in jewelry.

- silicone rubber bands are not made of titanium;) they will not withstand excessive stretching, if you need a larger bracelet size, please inform me when ordering.
